HCA Healthcare is seeking a Patient Financial Counselor to help patients understand their financial responsibilities and coordinate with Medicaid eligibility staff. You will review the financial clearance worklist daily, visit in-house patients, and provide clear estimates of patient liabilities.

You will also generate insurance verifications and assist with payment arrangements, ensuring compliance with cash handling policies while delivering excellent customer service to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred or required depending on role.
• High school diploma or GED preferred for entry into financial counseling.
