Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• Extensive use of desktop computers and applications.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to assist with financial assistance applications and eligibility.
• Guide patients through available financial assistance programs and resources.
• Process applications accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage assigned work queues and account follow-up activities.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Support revenue cycle processes that contribute to reimbursement and account resolution.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while navigating evolving workflows.
• Partner with team members to promote a positive patient experience and successful outcomes.
