Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CRCR certification must be obtained within 9 months of hire (company paid).
• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to explore AI-enabled processes to improve patient and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Review patient benefits and estimate and collect on liabilities (copays, deductibles, coinsurance, past balances).
• Notify recently discharged inpatients of outstanding liabilities within 7 days.
• Assist with cashiering duties and daily cash reconciliation.
• Communicate with Case/Utilization Management for regulatory forms and coverage notes.
• Follow up on unbilled accounts and escalations; document attempts daily.
