Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for financial assistance related questions.
• Explain insurance benefits and potential financial liability to patients.
• Collect payments and set up payment arrangements as appropriate.
• Document all communications in the client’s system.
• Assist patients in completing financial assistance applications and required documentation.
• Counsel patients on out-of-pocket liabilities and payment plan options.
• Communicate financial coverage status with patients, families, and clinicians.
• Support cashiering team operations as needed.
