• Admit, register and pre-register patients with accurate data.
• Resolve insurance claim rejections/denials and remedy expediently.
• Explain bills according to PRMO credit and collection policies.
• Greet and assist visitors and patients.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding coverage and payment.
