Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current, unrestricted driver’s license.
• 1+ year of experience in a transportation/support role (Transporter/CNA/EMT/MA/HHA).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Hospitality-minded approach with a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests throughout the facility using wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds.
• Assist guests with entering and exiting vehicles and moving between areas.
• Provide a welcoming, respectful experience to guests and their families.
• Clean and sanitize transportation equipment after each use.
• Transport lab specimens, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Keep rooms and shared spaces stocked and organized.
• Verify identification before transportation and assist with room turnovers.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, and team members to maintain efficiency.
