Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of related maintenance experience.
• Experience with painting and drywall repair.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Complete assigned maintenance work orders efficiently and on time.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in on-call coverage.
• Perform general facility maintenance, including: minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
• Light bulb replacement, paint touch-ups, and minor drywall repairs.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain building systems and equipment.
• Assemble, install, and repair furniture, cabinetry, shelving, appliances, and equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure proper functionality of safety and life-safety systems.
• Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams during renovations or facility projects.
• Assist with facility improvement projects such as painting, landscaping, power washing, and parking lot striping.
• Attend maintenance- and construction-related meetings as needed.
• Operate a company vehicle for work-related assignments.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with all company policies and safety protocols.
