Job summary

Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant. You will partner with clinical and leadership teams to design local and organization-wide service excellence initiatives and to drive world-class patient experiences.

Responsibilities include collaborating with quality, safety, and infection prevention, analyzing patient experience data, and delivering workshops on communication and trust recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum three (3) years in patient experience or related field with healthcare experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop service excellence programs.
• Meet with unit leadership to build relationships and awareness.
• Analyze patient experience data and recommend improvements.
• Tailor strategies to empower local leaders.
• Facilitate patient experience workshops and training.
• Collaborate with quality, safety, and infection prevention teams.
• Develop recommendations and success plans with leaders.
