Job summary

Henry Ford Health System is seeking a Care Experience Consultant to transform patient satisfaction into organizational excellence. You will partner with leadership, physicians, and staff to drive meaningful change that impacts patient outcomes and performance across all touchpoints.

You will lead data analysis, focus groups, and coaching initiatives to embed service excellence, monitor trends, and ensure compliant, patient-centered care across HFHS facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years of progressively more responsible experience, ideally in healthcare or a service-related industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth strategic consultation to leadership to improve patient, family, and consumer experiences.
• Lead large-scale process-improvement initiatives driving experience enhancements and culture change.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for care-experience strategy.
• Coach directors, managers, supervisors, and staff on service excellence and complaint-resolution strategies.
• Represent the organization in cross-functional collaborations and regulatory surveys.
