Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to develop and implement customer experience policies and standards system-wide. You will report trends to departments and help drive performance improvements while building strong relationships with patients, communities and staff to meet expectations.

You will educate staff on patient-centered care concepts and collaborate with teams to operationalize initiatives that align with organizational goals and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required. In lieu of degree, the minimum education of a High School Diploma or equivalent, and 5-10 years of experience in customer experience is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate plan development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies, practices and standards that support established customer experience goals across the system.
• Report customer experience data and trends to supported departments and assist with performance improvement efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and community groups to assess patient needs, concerns and expectations.
• Develop and implement an effective customer experience plan that establishes standards for patient centered care.
• Provide education and training for staff on customer experience issues and standards.
• Collaborate on organizational teams to integrate patient centered care concepts and operationalize initiatives.
