Tenet Physician Resources is seeking a front office professional for a medical office in Scottsdale. The non-exempt role focuses on patient check-in/out, appointment coordination, insurance verification, and data entry to support physician practices.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma/GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a hospital or physician office. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the practice.

• Collect co-pays and post charges.
• Explain patient portal and assist with enrollment.
