• Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office or customer service position.
• Ability to handle payments and balance a cash drawer.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone professionally and direct calls as needed.
• Register patients and collect payment at the time of service.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage referrals and test scheduling.
• Maintain front office equipment and supplies.
• Post charges and payments daily according to policy.
• Ensure accurate patient charts and documentation in the EMR.
