You will balance daily transactions, verify insurance, and maintain patient charts while supporting front-office operations and care coordination. A two-year medical office or customer service background is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a medical office or customer service.
• Proven success handling payments and balancing a cash drawer.
• Familiarity with scheduling and rearranging appointments.
• Bi-lingual is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone professionally and schedule appointments.
• Verify demographics and insurance; post charges and payments.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare deposits.
• Maintain patient charts and filing accuracy.
• Greet patients and ensure forms are complete.
