Job summary

Deep Blue Med Spa in New York is seeking a Patient Relationship Representative to serve as the friendly, professional face of the clinic. You will greet clients, coordinate appointments, and support a seamless patient journey across the front desk and treatment areas.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, managing payments, and supporting sales and inventory while learning Deep Blue's services to answer questions confidently. Evening and Saturday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Medspa, hospitality or retail setting, preferably in a luxury market.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient experience.
• Ability to handle front-desk duties, scheduling, payments and patient check-out.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a warm, professional welcome and accurate data entry.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and maintain clean, ready spaces between appointments.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling, calls, voicemail, and chart preparation.
