Job summary

Deep Blue Med Spa, in New York, seeks a Patient Relationship Representative to be the front-line ambassador for our med spa experiences. You will coordinate appointments, assist patients, and help ensure every touchpoint reflects our care philosophy.

You will greet patients, manage front desk tasks, process payments, and learn our services to support an exceptional patient journey. This full-time role requires evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Medspa, hospitality or retail environment.
• Evening and Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a warm, professional welcome and accurate information entry.
• Escort patients to exam rooms, maintain comfort, and ensure rooms are clean and prepared between appointments.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling, calls, voicemail, checkouts, chart prep, and admin tasks.
• Process payments, balance daily transactions, complete end-of-day paperwork, and assist with retail inventory and sales.
• Learn about Deep Blue's services to confidently answer questions and support an exceptional patient experience.
