Job summary

Midwest Vision Partners is seeking a Front Desk/Receptionist to warmly greet patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and register patients in the billing system. The role supports scheduling inquiries, communicates with providers and staff, and ensures smooth patient flow throughout the day.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills. Relevant experience in high-volume call environments is a plus; entry level considered.

Qualifications

• Desirable: telephone operator or high call volume experience; entry-level acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at check-in and check-out in a courteous, professional manner.
• Enter/update/verify insurance information and patient demographics.
• Complete registration and collect co-pays, then answer questions about accounts.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient flow; assist with paperwork and forms.
• Reconcile cash and daily reports; keep front desk tidy and stocked.
