Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a Patient Services Representative to provide a welcoming, efficient in-clinic experience for patients. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, scheduling, and payments while coordinating with clinic teams and central support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patient inquiries and assistance.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect copays and other payments at point of service.
• Communicate with clinic teams and central support about appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts, including insurance and billing information.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and 42-CFR part 2 is desirable.
