Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patient inquiries and assist with problem solving.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect point of service payments including patient copays.
• Communicate with clinic teams and central support regarding appointments and follow-up needs.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts including insurance and billing information.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and CFR Part 2 is desirable.
