UPMC Renaissance Family Practice - Hampton is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative for their Allison Park, PA office. The role is Monday–Friday daytime with occasional evenings for staffing coverage, located on a convenient bus line with free parking.

You will welcome patients, educate them on copayments, schedule follow-ups, assist with insurance verification, collect payments, promote the MyUPMC portal, and help patients navigate the healthcare system with a focus on service

Qualifikationen

• Ability to collect copayments and process payments at point of service.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial responsibilities.
