Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete check-in procedures, including data entry and insurance verification.
• Collect copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and communicate checkout requirements.
• Answer phone and email inquiries promptly; coordinate with clinical staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and mail distribution.
• Operate patient portal; potential rotation to front desk duties.
