Job summary

You will handle scheduled appointments, insurance information, payments, and patient inquiries, while supporting a fast-paced team focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a growing women's health practice.

Qualifications

• Customer service and hospitality experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or HS diploma with 2+ years relevant experience.
• Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with EMRs.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the welcome desk and provide a warm first impression.
• Manage check-in/out, answer questions, and route information to the team.
• Provide tours of the waiting area and orient new clients.
• Collect and verify paperwork, consents, and insurance details.
• Coordinate client scheduling and real-time or online bookings.
• Handle insurance verification, copays, and payment balances.
• Support front-of-house readiness and inventory as needed.
• Manage phone triage and coordinate with team members.
