Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of administrative experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and vendors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Efficiently check-in patients using office procedures, confirm all required information is recorded accurately in the Practice Management system and verify insurance requirements.
• Collect copays and outstanding balances due at the time of service; obtain signatures for consents and authorizations.
• Educate patients about office hours, policies and services offered; direct patients to appropriate locations or staff for assistance.
• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, answering the phone, and handling paperwork; operate office equipment as needed.
