Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic is seeking a Patient Experience Liaison (Non-RN) to support the Call Center and Practice with exceptional patient service. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and adapting to flexible schedules while handling referrals and maintaining productivity standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and typing skills, and familiarity with medical terminology. Prior two-year medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, typing, general clerical skills and excellent telephone skills.
• Medical terminology and two year medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly with a professional greeting including the company name and their own name.
• Maintain defined performance metrics as outlined in productivity standards.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patients per practitioner guidelines and scheduling policies.
