• Enter accurate demographic information into Next Gen.
• Confirm appointment details including location and provider.
• Inform patients of items to bring to appointments.
• Advise patients to arrive early to complete paperwork.
• Explain cancellation/no-show policies.
• Coordinate with other departments as needed to resolve inquiries.
• Support quality improvement and other projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
