Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic seeks a Patient Experience Liaison (Non-RN) to support the Call Center and Practice by delivering compassionate, accurate patient service. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, verify patient data, and route messages while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and strong communication skills; medical terminology knowledge is a plus and two years of medical office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls promptly in a professional manner.
• Maintain defined performance metrics as outlined in productivity standards.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule patients per guidelines.
• Verify and update patient information in the computer system.
• Ensure proper patient registration and data entry.
• Route messages and cooperate in cross-training across clinic specialties.
