Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Patient Concierge to deliver a compassionate, patient-centric experience across our practice.

You will greet patients, perform check-in/check-out tasks, assist with pre-registration, scheduling, and real-time eligibility verification, and support clerical and care-team communication. Requirements include a High School diploma and at least one year of patient-facing experience in healthcare or a similar setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of practice-based or patient-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and empathy; strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engages patients in a polite, prompt, and compassionate manner during all practice-based patient interactions.
• Performs clerical service delivery functions with patients, including check-in, check-out, pre-registration and real-time eligibility verification, registration, MyChart education, appointment/testing scheduling, and addressing patient inquiries.
