Southern Orthocare, Inc. seeks a Patient Service Representative to be the friendly front line for patients, referrals, and physician offices. You will deliver exceptional service, manage front desk operations, and ensure documentation accuracy with a kind, attentive approach.

Responsibilities include patient intake, phone management, scheduling within 24 hours of a script or product readiness, and adherence to payer processes. Strong organizational skills and empathy are essential.

• Two years' experience in DME or Orthotics & Prosthetics preferred.
