Job summary

Brunswick Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator at the Christenbury clinic in North Carolina. You will be the first friendly face, manage front-office operations, schedule appointments, assist with patient collections, and help patients stay on track with their care plans, collaborating with the Clinic Director and therapists.

This onsite, full-time role focuses on creating a positive patient experience, balancing hospitality with administrative duties and performance

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Comfort discussing financial responsibilities and collecting patient payments.
• Strong computer proficiency and experience using an EMR/EHR system.
• Ability to work toward measurable performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, creating a welcoming, professional experience.
• Coordinate appointments and proactive patient outreach to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate patient financial responsibilities.
• Follow up on patient balances via phone, text, and email with professionalism.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and therapists to maintain full schedules and support care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient data in the EHR and scheduling systems.
