Arete Health PT seeks a Patient Experience Coordinator to deliver an exceptional front office experience and support back-end administrative tasks to drive collections and optimize scheduling for clinical efficiency and growth.
This role serves as the face of the clinic, welcoming patients with energy and empathy, while coordinating with clinicians to maximize adherence to the Plan of Care and maintain accurate EHR records.

This individual is the face of the clinic, welcoming every patient with energy, empathy, and excellence while supporting back-end administrative functions to drive collections and optimize the schedule for clinical efficiency and growth.
