Nemours is seeking a Patient Service Representative for our Concordville office. The role focuses on delivering service excellence during outpatient visits by efficiently handling check-in/check-out, verifying demographics and finances, and coordinating with clinical staff to keep patients informed and safe.

Responsibilities include scheduling follow-ups, confirming referrals, posting payments, and ensuring accurate EOD reporting.

• Greet and communicate with patients and families at the start of visits.
• Verify demographic and financial information prior to appointments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA during check-in/check-out.
