Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or 4 years related experience.
• Medical Terminology class/training or 1 year related experience.
• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves complex customer questions or requests.
• Enters service activities in CarePartner with correct costs and codes.
• Handles provider billing questions.
• Orders equipment and follows up to ensure receipt.
• Assists in audits of claims, billing and operations.
• Documents interactions for data collection and improvement.
• Maintains confidentiality per policies.
• Provides outreach to patients and providers as needed.
