Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Service Coordinator, CCA to investigate and resolve a wide range of customer questions and issues, enhancing member experience in a caring, responsive health care system.

The role includes entering orders in CarePartner, assisting with provider and vendor inquiries, and supporting audits and data reporting to drive quality improvements. A related degree or 3+ years of customer service in health care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate degree or 4 years related experience.
• Minimum of three years customer service experience, preferably in the health care industry.
• Medical Terminology class/training or 1 year related experience.
• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• For SNBC, experience working with persons with disabilities

Responsibilities

• Investigates and responds to complex customer questions and requests.
• Enters service and equipment orders in CarePartner with correct codes.
• Handles provider questions including billing.
• Coordinates equipment orders and follow-ups.
• Works with Case Management and Claims to resolve RAIs and authorization discrepancies.
• Assists in audits of claims, billing and department operations.
• Documents patient and provider contacts in CarePartner.
• Provides data and ad hoc reports to identify trends and quality improvements.
• Maintains confidentiality of information per policy.
• Participates in departmental and organizational meetings.
