Responsibilities

• Greets patients, answers telephone calls, and interacts with patients to enhance the customer experience.
• Pulls, controls and files patient charts to facilitate timely medical information and protect patient privacy.
• Schedules and pre-registers patients per policies to ensure accuracy.
• Assists in completing eligibility and authorizations to ensure financial clearance before service delivery.
• Checks in patients using established processes to optimize throughput.
