Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience in a multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient visits and supports health care providers by coordinating appointments and daily activities.
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information and informs patients of scheduling changes.
• Uses multiple electronic applications and devices to support patient flow and screening processes.
• Assists with anesthesia of the visit by preparing orders and scheduling tests per guidelines.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to facility policies on access and navigation.
