Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years experience in a comparable setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Reader.
• Effective communication, both orally and in writing.
• Adhere to office guidelines and protocol.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient appointment tasks including tagging, taking and filing patient photos, and uploading patient paperwork into the EMR.
• Inform and educate patients on procedures and skincare.
• Exhibit professionalism when speaking with patients both on the phone and in person.
