You will manage appointments, educate patients on procedures, maintain EMR data, coordinate with providers, handle scheduling, and ensure a seamless patient experience while upholding HIPAA compliance and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in a comparable setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Reader.
• Good written and verbal communication; follow office guidelines and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments, EMR data entry and end-of-day reporting.
• Educate patients on procedures and skincare; maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Coordinate with providers, manage schedules and communications; ensure patient satisfaction.
• Handle financial open/close and end-of-day deposits; assist with product recommendations.
• Maintain office cleanliness and compliance with policies.
