DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in New Albany, OH. You will provide patient support, education, and frontline customer service while coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate EMR records.

Responsibilities include assisting providers, processing payments and retail sales, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA. A degree or 1–2 years of related experience is expected, with strong Microsoft Office skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in a comparable setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Reader.
• Adhere to office guidelines and protocol.
• Effective communication, both orally and written.
• Leadership/Management experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient support and education.
• Manage patient scheduling and appointments with a strategic mindset.
• Educate patients on procedures and skincare products.
• Maintain clear communication with the provider team.
• Keep EMR records up to date and complete end-of-day reporting.
• Assist with sales and product recommendations to meet goals.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all interactions.
