Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a patient coordinator or equivalent training.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, procedures and protocols.
• Positive attitude and high attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth on the phone and in person.
• Schedule appointments, prior authorizations, insurance verifications and co-pays.
• Assist with referrals, insurance verification, and patient follow-up.
• Keep the front office running smoothly while keeping patients smiling.
