Total Primary Care is expanding its Texas network and seeking a friendly, organized Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our Primary Care practice.

You’ll greet patients, schedule appointments, handle prior authorizations, verifications and co-pays, assist with referrals, and support a front desk that keeps patients smiling. A patient-centered, team-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a patient coordinator or equivalent training.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, procedures and protocols.
• Positive attitude and high attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
