Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate multiple patient appointments, procedures, and tests.
• Contact patients to confirm dates and times.
• Modify schedules as needed (cancellations/rescheduling).
• Maintain patient charts and send information to physician offices.
• Enter appointment data into databases and assist with data entry tasks.
• Support clinics with posting labs and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain office supplies and front desk operations.
