Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly and courteously.
• Register Time of Service patients and collect payments.
• Obtain and verify patient information for pre-registration.
• Schedule diagnostic tests and confirm appointments with patients.
• Enter charges and reconcile non-patient encounter paperwork.
