Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in a medical or administrative office preferred
• Experience with insurance verification or billing is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency required

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manage patient check-out and follow up as needed
• Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling appointments
• Provide clear communication to patients regarding appointments and services
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently
• Maintain accurate patient information including demographics and insurance details
• Perform data entry and update electronic medical records
• Prepare and manage patient correspondence, including mailings and reminders
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and maintain organized files
• Support end-of-day procedures and deposit preparation
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to team communication
• Perform additional duties as assigned
