Job summary

The Iowa Clinic is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to join our locally owned, physician-led team in Central Iowa. You’ll register patients, serve as a direct contact, and help manage scheduling, patient materials, and delays or changes to ensure a smooth visit.

No medical office experience is required—we train you. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you’ll be motivated to work in healthcare.
