Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, patient registration, scheduling, or medical office setting.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
• Schedule appointments and handle patient communications via phone, email, and fax.
• Register patients and verify demographic, insurance, and medical information.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain accurate records and support front office operations.
• Resolve patient questions or concerns and escalate when needed.
• Assist with office supplies and front desk organization.
