Job summary

Great River Health Systems in Southeast Iowa is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to coordinate the patient satisfaction survey process, analyze data with hospital leaders, and support performance-improvement efforts across locations.

You will collect, analyze, and follow up on performance data, facilitate improvement activities with cross-functional teams, and help ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with departments. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN required.
• 1-3 years hospital/clinical experience required.
• 1-3 years patient satisfaction experience preferred.
• 1-3 years performance and process improvement/LEAN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the patient satisfaction survey process with hospital leaders and the vendor.
• Analyze patient satisfaction and complaint data and support improvement efforts.
• Provide data collection, analysis and follow-up for performance improvement activities.
• Facilitate performance improvement activities with various groups across the health system.
• Assist with ensuring regulatory compliance in collaboration with departments.

Education

Associate's degree in nursing (ADN)

Bachelor's degree in health-related field
