You will bridge IT with clinical, financial, and operations teams, building dashboards and reports to drive strategic decisions. The role emphasizes data governance, security, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years of experience in information services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT/CS/Statistics or related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs from IT, clinical, financial, and operational teams into data solutions.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Create KPI-driven reporting to support leadership and board decisions.
• Participate in SDLC including data architecture and system design.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and HIPAA/HITECH compliance.
• Support data governance, metadata management, and data dictionaries.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize systems and performance.

What You’ll Do

As a Data Solutions Analyst, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization:

• Act as a key liaison between IT and clinical, financial, and operational teams—translating business needs into effective data solutions
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
• Build KPI-driven reporting that supports leadership and board-level decisions
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including data architecture and system design
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with standards such as HIPAA and HITECH
• Support data governance initiatives, including metadata management and data dictionaries
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize systems and improve performance

What You Bring

• Associate’s degree in Information Services (or related field), OR 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field preferred
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Sound judgment and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
