Job summary

Great River Health Systems in Southeast Iowa seeks a health services analyst to coordinate the patient satisfaction survey process across locations, working with hospital leaders and the vendor to collect and analyze data. You will drive actionable insights and support improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) required.
  • Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years hospital/clinical experience required.
  • 1-3 years patient satisfaction experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years performance and process improvement/LEAN experience preferred.

Coordinates the patient satisfaction survey process for Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center, in conjunction with hospital leaders and the vendor. Analyze patient satisfaction and complaint data and collaborates with leaders and staff and facilitates improvement efforts. Provide data collection, analysis and follow-up for performance improvement activities. Facilitate performance improvement activities with various groups throughout the health system. Assist with assuring compliance with regulatory agencies in collaboration with departments.
