Job summary

Great River Health in Iowa is seeking a Nurse Quality Coordinator to coordinate patient satisfaction surveys across the system, working with hospital leaders and a vendor to drive actionable insights. The role requires an ADN and hospital experience, with opportunities to influence care quality and patient experience metrics.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred.
• 1-3 years hospital/clinical experience required.
• 1-3 years patient satisfaction experience preferred.
• 1-3 years performance and process improvement/LEAN experience preferred.

Coordinates the patient satisfaction survey process for Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center, in conjunction with hospital leaders and the vendor. Analyze patient satisfaction and complaint data and collaborates with leaders and staff and facilitates improvement efforts. Provide data collection, analysis and follow-up for
performance improvement activities. Facilitate performance improvement activities with various groups throughout the health system. Assist with assuring compliance with regulatory agencies in collaboration with departments.
