Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare or related field (Required).
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (Preferred).
  • 1 year of relevant experience in hospital healthcare quality, safety and/or risk management (Preferred).
  • 1 year of project development, project management, and strong analytical skills (Preferred).
  • 1 year knowledge of customer experience and patient advocacy requirements (Required).

Responsibilities

  • Responds to patient concerns and collaborates with management to assure satisfaction.
  • Investigates all patient complaints and coordinates with clinical resources for care concerns.
  • Oversees feedback entries in internal systems and reports safety events as required.
  • Implements and oversees the patient experience program and related action plans.
  • Ensures patient rights policies comply with licensure and accreditation requirements.
