Responsabilidades

• Responds to patient concerns and collaborates with managers to assure satisfaction.
• Mediates between physicians, patients, and families to maintain clear communication.
• Oversees EH R entries, responds to safety concerns, and reports to safety manager.
• Prepares department budget and engages in service recovery to prevent litigation.
• Participates in HIPAA audits and education efforts on patient privacy.
